Dandi Greenhill West London

the bed is super comfy!! it’s in a nice area with so many shops and food places around. it’s also very close to the harrow-on-the-hill tube station which makes travelling into central london super easy and quick!! perfect for concerts in wembley too as it’s around a 5-10 minute tube journey from wembley park station. the room was very clean, plenty of kitchen utensils/cutlery/plates/bowls and pans available. places to hang your clothes. good storage available too. the bathroom and shower was lovely too. The staff were also very nice, welcoming and helpful.

Not sure if this is just me but we had to buy our own sponges to wash up our dishes which i thought was a bit silly. I didn’t like the lack of privacy on the ground floor. Our window was next to the bed and we were on a ground floor room so we felt like we couldn’t open the curtains without people seeing in.

The layout was really good for the room size

Hygiene could have been a little bit better. Could also have a bin somewhere weather it was in the toilet for any used pads and also in the main room area. There was none. Staff could have been loads more warmer and welcoming, I couldn’t tell if it’s because they had a long day but didn’t feel very welcomed at the desk and also wasn’t shown around.
