The room was in OK condition. I had 2 rooms. The AC in 1 room did not seem to be effective in cooling well, even when I turned the temperature down to 68, it did not seem to change. During the night, there was a ringing in the hall that was complained about and the complaint was blown off and ignored. The ringing started about 3 am and kept us up thru the night. The staff at the desk did not peruse the matter, but the morning staff seemed to address it more, but there was no follow up, and it did continue……
