Beautiful villa "Hibiscus", built in 1975, renovated in 2008. In the district of Porto Rafael 4 km from the centre of Palau, 40 km from the centre of Olbia, on a slope, residential area (villas), 350 m from the sea. Private: property 700 m2, terraced garden with lawn and wildlife garden. Outdoor shower. In the house: roof terrace. Storeroom available. 10 m stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 150 m, supermarket 3 km, bus stop 4 km, sandy beach 350 m (small). Please note: car recommended. The roof terrace has a low railing and is not suited for children.

This Villa was spectacular the view and location were amazing.!! We loved the area and the walk to the plaza down the street. We would diffinently return and stay longer!!

Das Ferienhaus ist in einer guten Lage, super Aussicht. Die Zimmer sauber aber etwas abgewohnt . Küchenausstattung nicht immer für 10 Personen vorhanden (z.B.Messer) Im Außenbereich, Hausfasade teils vermoost und ungepflegt. Hausschild zerbrochen. Sonnenschirme vorhanden, aber ohne brauchbaren Fuß.
