Very beautiful, comfortable house "Villa Syltebær", 15 m a.s.l.. 600 m from the centre of Kyrkjebø, on the outskirts, 12 km from the centre of Høyanger, 51 km from the centre of Førde, on a slope, 30 m from the sea, 30 m from the fijord. Fish-processing table. Private: beautiful, well-kept garden 1'200 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. In the complex: trampoline. Motor boat (on order), parking at the house. Shop 600 m, supermarket 12 km, bus stop "Austreim" 1.5 km, railway station "Bergen" 151 km, ferry "Bergen" 151 km, swimming bay 1 km. Fishing possibilities 2 km. Table for fish gutting with running water available. In the house, there is an aquarium, the fish has to be fed by the customers according to the instructions on spot.

The property was spacious inside and out, and the view was spectacular.
We felt that the tidiness and cleanliness of the house could be improved. It would also help to have guides to local places to visit or eat.

Wunderschöne Lage direkt am Sognefjord. Haus sehr schön aufgeteilt, viele schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten drinnen und draußen. Sehr gute technische Ausstattung(TV). Leider keine separate Toilette. Reisetipps: Sehr schöne Kajaktour in Balestrand. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit vor Ort oder in Høyanger (Kiwi).
