Cosy, comfortable farmhouse "El Zapo", surrounded by trees and meadows. 3 km from the centre of La Herradura, 4 km from the centre of Almuñécar, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 1.6 km from the sea. Private: property 4'000 m2 with wildlife garden and trees, orchard, swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth 140 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 20.Mar. - 01.Nov.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, barbecue. 250 m long bumpy, narrow motor access (via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Nous avons après un périple de 2000kms découvert cette propriété magnifique isolée sur flan de colline sans vis a vis. Pour une tranquillité et repos idéal.la piscine et la végétation sont un atout de taille.les propriétaires très accueillants.un bémol toutefois l'accès pour tourner et monter jusqu'à la maison est très très compliqué ! j'ai 31 ans de permis.j'ai mis plusieurs jours pour maîtriser la manœuvre avec l'aide de mes garçons pour me guider.Nous reviendrons tellement le cadre est joli.

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage und traumhafter Aussicht. Sauber, gepflegt, das Vermieterpaar ist unglaublich nett, Garten und Pool werden fast täglich gesäubert. Wer Ruhe, Entspannung mit Meerblick sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Reisetipps: Die Umgebung lässt sich wunderbar zu Fuß oder wie wir Reiter, zu Pferd erkunden. Die Städte Malaga und Granada mit der Alhambra sind mehr als zu empfehlen. In Almunecar bekommt man alles, was man braucht. Freitags ist Markttag!
