Very beautiful, cosy timber house "Smibakken", built in 2008, surrounded by trees. 20 km from the centre of Farsund, 49 km from the centre of Mandal, 91 km from the centre of Kristiansand, on a slope, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach, 200 m from the fijord, in the countryside. Bathing jetty bathing place, fish-processing table. Private: natural state property. In the house: sauna. Rowing boat with motor (on request), parking at the house. Supermarket 15 km, bus stop "Farsund Fidjaveien" 300 m, ferry "Kristiansand" 91 km, sandy beach 200 m (small), rocky beach 200 m, indoor swimming pool 15 km. Fishing possibilities 200 m. Table for fish gutting with running water available.
