Very beautiful, cosy cottage "Pærehagen", surrounded by trees and meadows. 7 km from the centre of Balestrand, 40 km from the centre of Sogndal, 51 km from the centre of Høyanger, in an elevated position on a slope, 100 m from the sea, 100 m from the fijord. Private: natural state property with meadow, orchard, parking at the house. Supermarket 7 km, bus stop 700 m, ferry "Bergen" 189 km, pebble beach "Balestrand" 7 km. Walking paths from the house, fishing possibilities 100 m.

Wie haben zwei schöne Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht.Die Lage ist wunderbar und es fehlt an nichts. Morgens auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken und den Blick auf den Fjord und die Berge zu genießen war ein Traum. Die Badestelle in Balestrand ist sehr gut für Kinder geeignet und das Wandergebiet Gaularfjellet mit dem Wasserfall-Pfad ist schnell zu erreichen.
