About this house rental
Relax at this peaceful 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom house at the end of a safe residential street. Quiet, clean, comfortable, and convenient. This delightful property offers 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, and 3 twin beds, perfect for a group getaway. With excellent WiFi, AC, a deck, and other amenities, you will feel right at home. Surrounded by a large native plant garden with a trampoline. One minute away from Highway 170, a short drive to all St. Louis attractions. We`re happy to help with any questions.
It`s a lovely split-level house. From the front door, it`s half a flight of stairs to either level. Upstairs are the kitchen, open-concept living/dining room with vaulted ceiling, main bedroom and bathroom, and laundry room. Downstairs are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It`s surrounded by a large yard with a native plant garden and a trampoline.
You have the whole house and yard to yourself, except that the garage is inaccessible to you because we use it to store our supplies.
If you need anything during your stay, please call Christina or text us in the Airbnb app.
- No smoking indoors.
- No parties or events.
- No unauthorized weapons.
- No illegal drugs.
- Please turn off lights/fans/heaters when you leave or are not using them.
- Please leave the place the way you found it.
- The trash bins are next to the garage (except on Monday when they must be put on the street for trash pick up, facing the street a few feet apart). Please place regular trash in the blue bin and recyclables (paper, plastic, glass, metal) in the brown bin.

Great location close to free zoo, Forest park etc.Plus no traffic dead end road and park walking distance for the kids. Grocery stores and restaurants very close. Easy living!

The price is good. Space is large. There was a dog smell, some dust, and a dirty bathroom.
