You'll have full access to the condo, including a ski locker for your equipment. During summer, enjoy amenities like a tennis court, outdoor pool, BBQ area, picnic tables, and a kids' play area. Free parking and a laundry room are also available for your convenience.

- Please note, the condo does not have air conditioning. However, heating is controlled via thermostats and the gas fireplace. We provide one box fan, and the windows and sliding door can be opened for ventilation.

- We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and check out. No one will meet you at the property.
- Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. You may only smoke outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
- Pets are not allowed. There will be a $750 fine for any unauthorized pets.
- You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
- We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property.
- Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
