Very beautiful 2-family house "Casa della Mimosa", 2 storeys, surrounded by trees. 4 km from the centre of Imperia, 7 km from the centre of Porto Maurizio, in an elevated position on a slope, 5 km from the sea. For shared use: natural state property 2'000 m2 (fenced) with plants and trees, orchard. Private: garden 170 m2. Barbecue house. Narrow motor access to the house. E-charging station. Supermarket 4 km, bus stop 5 km, sandy beach "Oneglia" 6 km pebble beach "Borgo Marina" 5 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives in the same residence.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison pendant 15jrs, toutes les commodités étaient présentes, la maison est située sur les hauteurs avec une vue imprenable sur Porto Mauricio, magnifique, la maison est au calme et on peut profiter des extérieurs avec terrasses barbecues et même un four à pizza, les literies sont confortables, nous conseillons ce logement à des familles.

Sehr ruhig gelegene und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit großzügige Terrasse und traumhafte Aussicht! Den Weg zum Haus ist Streckenweise steil und eng, allerdings kein Hindernis für aktuelle Fahrzeuge. Wir - ein Familienpaar mit 14-jährige Tochter - haben unsere Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Hausbesitzerin ist sehr nette und hilfsbereite Person. Wenn nächstes mal nach Ligurien fahren, würden wir diesen Unterkunft immer wieder Buchen :-)

We had a really great time at this place with our kids. With a stunning view to Imperia an the sea every morning started with a big smile on our faces. The host was very friendly and open for questions at all times. We will come back - definitely!
