The house accommodated our group well while we were in town for a wedding. The upstairs configuration is unique. It wasn't a problem for our group, but the only showers are upstairs.

Perfect place for our first family trip. All members said I chose good! Very family friendly, and we have a teenager, a pre-teen, a child and a baby in my family. Everyone loved the place. From the patio, the spiral staircase, the spacious living room, the many bedrooms. Plenty of room for us to spend time together or apart and just relax and have fun. We enjoyed the memories we got to make here. It was very clean and organized. Very simple and accessible to check in. Only small thing is that they didn't have access to additional trash bags for the kitchen or the restrooms. There was only one provided. But we're a family of 9 so we went through that first one pretty quickly. Thankfully Walmart was only a 9–10 minute drive. And we bought extras. We did enjoy that most stores were near the house, so we didn't have to drive too far if we needed anything or forgot to get something. We're super thankful for our stay and making our first family trip memorable!

We had a very easy check-in process and really enjoyed our stay. There was an issue with the AC when we first arrived but the property manager was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were met and we stayed comfortable.

The property is good for large family gatherings. The pictures make the house look a little better than it is when looking closely. It needed a deep cleaning as we saw dirty baseboards and dirty kitchen drawers and cabinets. We checked in late and could not unlock the front door. The contacts had gone to bed and did not answer their phones. We had to call the management company to get assistance. They eventually reached the hosts who called and rectified the issue. The air conditioner was not working, and we had to call back. The host was there within 15 minutes and had to flip a tripped breaker. We were refunded one night’ stay for the trouble. That was a very kind solution which we appreciated. One bedroom is accessed through the master bedroom or a metal spiral staircase. There was no indication of this in descriptions or pictures. This should be made clear to future guests. The kitchen was very usable and adequately stocked. It could use a toaster added for convenience to guests. The location is close to many amenities and was very convenient for our needs.
