Lakefront property located in Seneca, on Lake Keowee. Unit 967. Enjoy what this 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has to offer. With awesome amenities like amazing views, single boatslip with AC, WiFi, heating, and a washing machine. You can relax and unwind in this terrific space. Each bedroom comes with its own bathroom, making it an excellent choice for smaller families. For larger groups all 3 units are available to rent which would provide 6 bedrooms and 6 baths to sleep up to 18 people total( Unit 963.965.967). A great place to call homebase while you're away. This is a beautiful property, however, it is on a hill. To get down to dock you have to walk down a path that is mostly concrete and partially rocked.

The condo is in a good location, not far from stores or Clemson, but far enough that it is quiet. The lakeview was nice and the balcony is a great place to have a coffee or beer and enjoy the view. The beds are comfy as is the sofa. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils making cooking a breeze.

The apartment is in a great location and was very quiet even with the other units rented. It met our needs and was not an issue for our group; however, it should be noted that it has one full bathroom downstairs with the two bedrooms and a half bathroom upstairs. Not two full bathrooms. The upstairs was very comfortable for our group to hang out and we enjoyed the double patios.

Change of ownership went smoothly. New Host was very accomodating during transition. Place was set up as 3 separate units and worked out perfectly for 3 separate families and we were still able to all be together.We would definitely stay there again. Location was very convenient to stores. Very peaceful and quiet, right on the lake.
