The "Triton" Water House is your modern vacation home on the water at the Olpenitz Baltic Sea Resort. With its unique location right on the water, the "Triton" Water House offers an unforgettable vacation experience for up to 4 people. With a living area of approximately 97 m², it offers modern comforts that will delight water lovers, sunbathers, and water sports enthusiasts alike.
LIVING WITH A BREATHTAKING VIEW
The open-concept livingand dining area on the first floor features spacious windows that offer a spectacular view of the water. The southwest-facing wooden deck is ideal for relaxing summer evenings and leads to a 30 m² rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy the sun all day long and take in sweeping views of the harbor at the Ostsee Resort Olpenitz, as well as the Schlei and the Baltic Sea.
RELAXATION: A LITTLE WELLNESS ON VACATION
Unwind in the Finnish sauna and enjoy the comfortable underfloor heating, which runs throughout the entire water house. The first floor features the sleeping area with a master bedroom that includes a double bed and floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows offering direct access to the wraparound terrace. Another bedroom, with two 90x200 beds, is also located on the first floor.

The interior design of the "Triton" captivates with its modern, inviting design and thoughtful details that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Stylish color accents and high-quality materials make every room a visual highlight.

In addition to two private parking spaces, the waterfront house also has its own boat slip right next to the house—ideal for guests who wish to arrive by boat. Pets are warmly welcome at this waterfront house, allowing you to enjoy your Baltic Sea vacation together with your four-legged friend.
