House "Querceto", detached, surrounded by trees and fields. 800 m from the centre of Sassofortino, 10 km from the centre of Roccastrada, in a quiet, sunny position, 40 km from the sea, in the woods. Private: property with trees, meadow. 600 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop, supermarket, bus stop 800 m, railway station "Grosseto" 33 km, ferry "Piombino" 69 km, sandy beach 40 km. Golf course (18 hole) 31 km, walking paths from the house 50 m. Nearby attractions: Roccastrada, Massa Marittima, Grosseto. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Accesa 25 km. Hiking paths: Mountain-bike 700 m. Please note: car recommended.

Das Ferienhaus entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Der Zustand der Einrichtung war gut und die Lage sehr gut, freier Blick in die Ebene von Grosetto. Allerdings ist die Anfahrt beschwerlich, 600 m Schotterstraße mit starken Steigungen. Dei Betreuung vor Ort war gut, bei einem technischen Problem wurde umgehend geholfen.

Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Eine kleinen TV gibt es im oberen Zimmer. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist so traumhaft das ein TV überflüssig ist. Die Küche mit Gasherd ist zweckmäßig und das Bad ist zwar recht klein aber für den Bedarf völlig ausreichend. Zur Ausstattung gehört auch ein Grill, Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm. Die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit ist für Erholungssuchende ein wirklicher Traum. Für Hundebesitzer ist die Unterkunft, aufgrund der riesigen Fläche perfekt.

Ruhige Lage, mit schöner Aussicht. Zufahrt Schotterpiste steil und holprig. Reisetipps: Massa Marettima nettes Städtchen mit schönem Dom, Castiglione della Pescaia mit schönem Strand und Pinien Wald.

es war sehr sehrschön.sauber,angenehm,traumhaft,ruhe pur,kurz gesagt was die anderen geschrieben haben ist noch untertrieben.mann muss es da erleben ein fach schön. Reisetipps: viele kleine schönne orte.strand ist etwa 40km entfernt.
