Centrally located to Bandera, Boerne, Garner State Park, San Antonio and Fredericksburg- its the perfect base for hiking, wineries, and historic towns. Our cabin offers sweeping panoramic views, rustic charm, and modern comfort. Whether you're seeking a peaceful escape or day trips to Texas' most beloved destinations, The Hillside Haven offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.
The Space:
Scenic Deck: Enjoy breathtaking views of rolling hills and majestic oak trees from your private deck. Perfect for sipping morning coffee or stargazing at night.
Game Room: Challenge your fellow travelers to a friendly game of billiards or ping pong in the dedicated game room. It's the ultimate spot cool off from the Texas heat and enjoy indoor fun and entertainment.
Outdoor Fire Pit: Gather around the crackling fire pit under the vast Texas sky. Share stories, roast marshmallows, and create unforgettable memories amidst the natural beauty.
Cozy Interior: The cabin boasts a warm and inviting atmosphere with wood accents and comfortable furnishings. Relax in the living area or gather around the stone fireplace on chilly evenings.
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, bunk bed with ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Bunk room with a built in bunk bed
Bedroom 3: Queen bed with a twin bed in the loft
Bedroom 4: Queen bed
Guest Access:
You'll have the entire cabin and deck to yourself, along with private parking. Self check-in is available for your convenience.
Other Things to Note:
*Bandera-20 minutes, Boerne-30 minutes, SeaWorld-30 minutes, Castroville-30 minutes, Hill Country State Natural Area-30 minutes, Six Flags-40 minutes, Lost Maples-1 hour
*While our property is waterfront, Medina Lake is at historically low levels at only 2% full. There is no water in front of the house. You can walk along the trails on the lake bed to the water from our back yard-about a mile
*The game room is located in a separate room downstairs that is not connected to the rest of the house.
*Absolutely no parties! If you would like to hold an event such as a family reunion, please message me.

The pictures don’t this house justice, absolutely beautiful home! If you’re looking to stay close to San Antonio but not in the city this is the place for you, will be back next year! 10/10 recommend!

Our stay at this cabin was great. The cabin is very nice, just as shown on the pictures. We look forward to staying here again.

My family and I decided to spend Labor Day weekend at this beautiful cabin and everything was great. The cabin itself was very clean and spacious and the host was very easy to get ahold of for any questions. We had the best experience and overall a very relaxing weekend. We will most definitely be returning in the future when we go and visit our family that lives nearby.
