Situated on the upper level, the home features cosy living spaces with homely furnishings, creating a comfortable base to unwind after a day at the beach. Better still, Koorawatha is pet friendly, so your four-legged family members can join in the holiday too. Just moments from the beach and surrounded by the natural beauty of Pearl Beach, it`s an ideal retreat for creating lasting memories with the whole family.
Only a ten minute drive to Umina Beach town centre, Ettalong Beach and Woy Woy where you will find plenty of cafes, restaurants, activities and attractions for the whole family to enjoy whilst on vacation including the Peninsula Leisure Centre.
Master bedroom has a queen bed and air-conditioning.
Bedroom 2 contains a double bed and ceiling fan.
Double sofa bed also available for additional bedding if needed in sunroom

Nice property with good bedrooms and living arias, air conditioning is very good, however properly looks a bit too old

We have been here before and will come again. The home is comfortable and welcoming. It has everything we needed and it is very relaxing. We saw a lyre bird and an echidna in the backyard. It did seem like a big wet dog had stayed recently so the lounge smelt very doggy, but we aired the house which improved this. We also have a dog so were after a dog friendly place. All in all we enjoy coming here and will again

We really enjoyed our holiday but didn’t spend a lot of time at the house as it wasn’t conducive to sitting around as a group.
