The lower half of a lovely duplex in the heart of West Asheville. Explore the fun of Haywood Rd (4 min), River Arts District (10 min), and Downtown Asheville (12 min). This listing includes 1 bed, 1 bath, a kitchen, and living room. It is entirely separated from the other unit and includes a small porch and 2 gravel parking spots.

The provided blow up mattress and couch can help to accommodate two more guests.
