It has the advantage of being able to make you enjoy a pleasant neighborhood life: shops, restaurants with terraces, bakeries, market for good fresh products, two theaters... as well as places to visit nearby, on foot or by bike including: the banks of the Marne, the Accor Arena de Bercy, the Cour Saint-Emilion district, the Château de Vincennes, the Parc Floral or the Vincennes racecourse...
The metro crosses Paris and allows you to visit unmissable districts: the Place de la Bastille and its surroundings, République, the Paris Opera or the Madeleine and others with connections (25 minutes from the City Hall).
By car, you can reach the Disneyland amusement park in 30 minutes with the A4 motorway.
