Whether you're skiing Steamboat's famous Champagne Powder®, relaxing in the outdoor hot tubs beneath the stars, or gathering around the table for a family dinner after an exciting day on the mountain, this is the kind of vacation you'll remember for years to come.

Our spacious two-bedroom, two-bath villa comfortably sleeps up to six guests and has everything you need for a relaxing week in the mountains.
After a day on the slopes, come home to:
• A warm and inviting living room with fireplace
• A fully equipped kitchen for family meals
• A comfortable dining area perfect for games, laughter, and holiday dinners
• A private balcony to enjoy the fresh mountain air
• Complimentary Wi-Fi

The primary suite features a luxurious king bed and private bath, while the guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed with easy access to the second full bathroom. A queen size sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping accommodations when needed.

Kids Ski Free Program: Children 12 and under ski free with a purchase of a 5+ day adult lift ticket.
Kids' Vacation Center: Onsite full-day childcare and activities tailored by age and development.
Amenities & Services:
Ski Valet & Rentals: On-site ski valet and rentals for convenience.
Parking: Onsite self-parking is available for $20 USD per day. Valet and oversized parking not available; maximum vehicle height is 7 feet.
Check-In & Identification:
Government-issued photo ID and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required for incidental charges. The guest checking in must be 21+ years old and provide a valid credit card for a refundable damage deposit (amount varies).
Payment Policies:
Cashless Resort: Only credit cards are accepted; no cash transactions are allowed.
Service Animal Policy: Service animals are welcome; pets are not permitted. A $500 fee per pet applies for unauthorized pets, and misrepresenting pets as service animals may lead to legal penalties.

The location cannot be beat. Given this is pretty much a hotel as well, you have a great cafe downstairs. And the ski shop and rentals are in house as well. Communication with Wendy was great and she was quick to respond to any questions. We look forward to coming back.
