About this apartment rental

Apartment house, 3 storeys. In the resort Castiglioncello, in the residential district, 900 m from the sea, 900 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: terraced garden, 157 m2 (fenced), natural garden. Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Towel change (suppl. charge extra). Public parking on the road. Nearby attractions: Livorno 20 km, Pisa 45 km, Lucca 65 km, Firenze 115 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.
"La Chicca", 1-room apartment 35 m2, on the ground floor. Renovated in 2024, beautiful and modern furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double bed, 1 sleeping facility, dining table, TV, electric heating and air conditioning. Small living room with 1 sofabed (105 cm). Exit to the garden. Kitchenette (oven, 2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. Small terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). View of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, mosquito net, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance, fire extinguisher. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. Bed layout is flexible.
