Sometimes, due to external issues that are out of our control, there may be a power cut or the internet/ cable TV can lose signal for a certain amount of time. It is not common, but it can happen. If this does happen during your stay we will not issue a refund.

The condo was beautiful. The views were lovely. Very quiet, excellent Security. We loved that it was a short walk to the beach through a lush preserve. We did have a little trouble checking in because the guard did not speak English, and we only speak a little Spanish. It took about 15 minutes to straighten it out. Also, the luggage elevator does not work.

Just steps from the beach this well equipped suite had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Would highly recommend
