Urbana Cabana is a great place to stay. My mother and I traveled from Virginia and North Carolina, respectively, for a visit with family and some business. The residence is on a main street in the neighborhood, as well as right off a main city street. There's a little road noise outside, but it's just a First World Problem. My only complaint is the bed in the master suite. It's hard as rock; neither my mother nor I was able to enjoy the master, and both slept in the guest rooms. Again, not the end of the world, but maybe a new mattress? Garage access was a huge reason for choosing Urbana Cabana due to the likelihood of severe storms this time of year. The garage was great, but we would have loved to have access to a remote opener while we were there. I know those can get expensive to replace, but I would hope customers would be diligent enough to leave them behind. Overall a good stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The layout was great with the master room and bathroom privately off the dining room. House was clean except for old trash left in the garage that left a horrible smell. Supplies of toilet paper and paper towels were the bare minimum so be prepared for that. And no extra trash bags other than one in trash can. Master bedroom bed is noisy with the slightest movement. Otherwise, our stay was enjoyable. Basic home but newer and clean inside.

We had a great stay! The property is extremely clean and is well stocked with anything we could need. It’s at a good location, close to everything we needed. We really enjoyed it and hope we can stay again.

rugs were dirty, the cleaning staff is not washing those. the bed sheets were black to hide stains. The overall color scheme in the bathroom/kitchen was gray and brown, which is not appealing. The paper products were lacking. The cleaning lady said she is only allowed to put 2 extra toilet rolls for a 4 night stay in a two bathroom house. I had to buy my own. The paper towel in the kitchen was not a new roll and there was zero extra. I had to buy my own. One box of tissues for the entire house. Brought my own. The dishes were adequate. The red dishes were red. Not appealing. The dish towels need to be replaced. The sponge for dishes was used, needed to be replaced. I bought a new one and left it there. The water pressure is good. Did not use the backyard. The TV remote did not operate as it should. I could not adjust the volume. It was set too loud. The one in the east bedroom the same thing. Did not use any other TVs. The coffee maker did not feed the water. Probably clogged up. I text the owner to help me with the wi-fi, NO RESPONSE !Had trouble getting in because the only thing provided was the code. No instructions on what to push to lock the door. FYI push the code and hold down the checkmark until it makes a noise and numbers move around on the screen, then you will hear it lock. Overall buy your own paper products and avoid touching the rugs and use my locking directions above.
