This property is really pretty with an upscale "camp" sort of vibe. The pool and hot tub were big hits with my son and access to the lake was a perk, but we used to the public access so we could rent kayaks there. The place itself is cute and cozy with comfortable furniture and a nice kitchen area. The kitchen items (kettle, pots, etc.) could use an update, but otherwise it worked well. The only caution I have is that this place would be tough with young kids as the stairs and upper bedroom loft area would be very difficult to childproof. We stayed with our 9 year old and 6 month old and that was ok because the baby isn't crawling yet, but it wouldn't be ideal for mobile little ones. Definitely recommend for a couple's retreat or family with older kids.

We stayed here in mid-July while attending the Under the Big Sky music festival and absolutely loved it. The location was ideal—tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private but still an easy drive to the festival grounds and everything Whitefish has to offer. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities we needed (the hot tub/pool were a bonus after long days in the sun!). We especially enjoyed the spacious deck and mountain views—perfect for winding down in the evenings. Would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

We spent a few nights while spending the day in beautiful glacier national park. The place was nice and had everything needed for an extended stay. The only thing was the smell of the place was terrible but we got used to it after an hour or so. It smelled as if a pet had urinated on one of the rugs or carpet. Also the shower curtain smelled of mildew. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay.

We loved our stay for almost a month. The amenities were very nice, lots of areas to walk and the space itself is very warm and welcoming. It has very nice quality furniture, and we loved how it feels like youre staying in a treehouse with all the comfort and amenities of a home. In warm days it stays cool and in cold days it was easy to heat it up. I think the space is excellent for two adults with or without a pet. More humans may make the place feel less charming than it is. Definitely recommend and I don't think you will be disappointed. We were there right before and going into peak season, so I am not sure if the sauna and pools would get more crowded, but while we were there it was always either empty or just a couple more people.
The only downside (and is not a big deal) is the shared balcony. BUT, consider the other unit is also a vacation rental and we only saw people there once in the whole stay. I'm also a positive person so you can consider that a chance to make a new friend or two. Just book it and go enjoy it yourself!
