Set on the ground floor, nestled beside a rolling hill, this sun filled 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment has a large patio that runs across the length of the property including kitchen, living, dining, and bedrooms, and showcases beautiful valley views and large secure grounds with palm trees. The view stretches from not only the patio, but all these mentioned rooms. Both bedrooms open via double doors out to the patio and grounds. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. With 2 tvs/ washer/aircon/ceiling fans/full kitchen and open plan living/dining/kitchen area, you will want for nothing. Apartment has been fully renovated, including brand new bathrooms, and all new furniture/bedding/kitchen ware. Facelift complete! The apartment has a stunning private pool with sun loungers, bathroom and views, a few meters away from the apartment, which is shared by only the small Linaria community. The surrounding grounds of Valle del Este will not disappoint, whether taking advantage of the spectacular golf course, or having a luxury spa treatment by day, or sunset drinks beside the hotel pool. The onsite village with great bars and restaurants and a convenience store, is handy for guests who don't want to venture too far.
