Welcome to Narrow Gate Ranch! Enjoy the feeling of a peaceful retreat at this stunning home where sweeping mountain views greet you from every window. Explore the 11 acres of natural ranch land or sit on the deck and watch the unique cotton-candy sunset over the Front Range. The three floors are divided into spaces that will appeal to multi-generation families or travelers seeking to spread out a bit more. A large main floor master is perfect for older generations, while the light and bright walk-out basement appeals to younger kids and teens who have the luxury of a large family room with sectional couch, a separate dining space for snacks or games, 2 large bedrooms, and a full bathroom. On the second floor of the house, there are 2 spacious bedrooms, a full bath, and an office area with gorgeous mountain views. You will love the privacy of the ranch and appreciate the proximity to downtown Castle Rock (8 minutes), Tech Center (under 20), downtown Denver (35 depending on traffic), and Colorado Springs (40). Although the home and neighborhood are very secluded and private, any amenity you could want or need (Whole Foods, Target, Walmart, and hundreds of stores) is under 15 minutes from your door. Feeling adventurous? You will love the many nearby parks with miles of hiking and biking trails and dedicated open space. 1.5 miles from the property is the grand Phillip S. Miller park where guests can zipline while taking in breathtaking views of the Rockies, challenge themselves on an exhilarating high ropes course, or explore the many amenities of the field house including: Indoor leisure pool with slide, water table, vortex whirlpool and four 25-yard lap lanes, trampoline featuring 16 trampoline beds Indoor playground with 23-foot-tall slide 18-hole golf simulator, batting cages, lounge area with fireplace, Lego table and train table, and full-sized and half-sized synthetic field

House and Views, were perfect for our Thanksgiving, many extras kitchen utensils, pots pans, the layout of house was perfect and family who flew in from Hawaii, greatly enjoyed the snowy weekend, animals and views.

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. Great location to the polo fields. We saw deer every day feeding in the back yard. Great experience!!

There is nothing to complain about, in fact just the opposite. Robin and Nathan, our Hosts, were super to us. We needed a place outside of Castle Rock to visist my mom who lives in Castle Rock - for what we needed it was a pefect fit.
They have some simple and understandable rules, like no shoes in the house, which we were more than happy to complie with. It was clean and ready when we arrvied.
We were not there to watch TV but rather have a Super family time - eating, playing games, shopping, ice skating, hiking, horse back riding and more just around Castle Rock.
The view is set towards the base of the Rockies and there were plenty of windows and a beautiful massive deck!
Honestly, we were blessed to have been able to stay for a week!
We all felt at home. If you are looking for tons of TVs, perfects beds and perfect weather - likely not the spot for you - it just means it will be ready for us next time!
Our best recommendations? We would rent again!

The house is spacious and beautiful. Nice and quite location with amazing views and wildlife. The host are amazing to deal with and very accommodating.
