This home was beautifully updated in 2023. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus two cots in the game room, sleeps 10. Three of the bedrooms have king beds. Outdoor firepit and wood fired pizza oven available all year long.

The Space:
Beautiful house in a rural setting with a huge yard and distant views. The property sits on top of a hill appx 900' from the road. There are 22 acres acres of nature and fields to explore. Note that the the house shares the driveway with a tiny home which may also be rented during your stay. You'll have full privacy, separate parking, and separate outdoor amenities.
Other Things to Note:
900' driveway is on a hill, we manage the snow and ice around the clock but a winter capable vehicle is highly recommended.

Excellent house located in the hills south of Ithaca. Great views, well appointed home, comfy beds, large sitting area, many conveniences such as USB connections throughout, saw deer and fox, and lovely gazebo in the fields. Clean and modern. Great fire pit and large dog run. We would stay again!

The stay at this location was great. Our dogs quite literally didn't want to leave. The dog kennel was extremely large and fenced in. The bedrooms, kitchen, and living room were all great. I would recommend this location for anyone who wants a rural getaway, especially if you are bringing your dogs with you!

The house was great! Dogs loved the run outside and the location being close to Ithaca was fantastic but still gave you the feel of being out there without a care.
