The well-appointed kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and bar seating. It has your back when mealtime comes around and you want to show off your culinary skills. While you are making dinner, your guests can spread out comfortably in the welcoming living room featuring a smart TV with streaming and cable services. The living room opens onto an enclosed terrace with a private outdoor pool and a poolside covered patio with an outdoor dining area. Spend your days cooling down in the sparkling waters of your private pool before treating yourself and your guests to memorable meals alfresco.
The spacious main suite offers access to the back terrace, a smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a separate jetted tub and a walk-in shower. Each guest bedroom has an en suite bathroom for additional privacy and comfort. Additional perks include a washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great spot, very close to beach and resort. Clean and comfortable

We have stayed at a few of the cottages and this was by far the best one, almost too good, my kids did not want to leave. We loved the pool, location, and design. The TVs in the two smaller bedrooms did not work and the bedding could using some improvement. This is all minor stuff so overall 4.5 stars

We loved the location and the house itself. The downside was having to call Vacasa 3 times for them to register us with the resort to obtain a parking pass. Also, the property was not “clean”. Our feet would turn black if we did not have shoes on.
