Our tiny house invites you to relax in a very quiet setting. The house includes a patio that can be used for barbecues and for the children to play. A 10-minute walk takes you to the small town of Beilngries, which offers shopping and wonderful restaurants. Lake Kratzmühl is located in the immediate vicinity. The surrounding area offers many attractions and activities, such as biking and swimming at the outdoor pool. Canoe trips on the Altmühl start and end right at the property. Hirschberg Castle, Plankstetten Abbey, and the Rhine-Main-Danube Canal are all worth visiting here. Weltenburg Abbey and the Danube Gorge in Kehlheim are a 60-minute drive away. The Altmühl Valley is known for its beautiful bike paths. Our beautiful new tiny house accommodates 2 adults. The cozy living room, featuring a sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV, invites you to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator (including a freezer compartment), a gas stove with oven, a microwave, a kettle, toaster, and a Senseo coffee maker. The bedroom features a 1.60-meter box-spring bed for restful nights and serves as a welcome retreat after an eventful day. The adjoining bathroom has a shower and toilet, where you can freshen up at any time. On our wooden deck, you can wind down after a great day with a glass of wine. You are welcome to use the Wi-Fi and parking at the house at any time. A deposit of 20% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. The remaining balance is due by bank transfer by the day of arrival. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Quiet hours are from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are available upon request. Keys are provided via a key safe at the house. Pets are not allowed. The base price includes towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, and parking.
