Welcome to Little Bear Landing, our cozy condo nestled within the Whiffletree Condominiums. This ground-floor unit, accessible via a flight and a half of stairs, features a convenient walk-out through a sliding glass door.

Sleeping Arrangements
- Main Bedroom: Relax in a king-size bed, complete with a 2-inch memory foam topper, perfect for soothing tired muscles after a day on the slopes.
- Living Room: The couch unfolds into a full-size bed, and the loveseat converts to a twin, both equipped with extra blankets and pillows.

AMENITIES
- Gas Fireplace: Easily warm up the space with just a button press—no need to worry about building a fire.
- Bathroom: Ample storage, including modern shelving, provides space for all your essentials.
- Entertainment: Enjoy RokuTV with complimentary Netflix access, or log into your favorite streaming apps. For a bit of fun, our Nintendo Wii with two remotes is at your disposal.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- Please note, the condo does not have air conditioning. However, heating is controlled via thermostats and the gas fireplace. We provide one box fan, and the windows and sliding door can be opened for ventilation.
- There are stairs to access the condo.

- We may have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
- Outdoor pool open June to September.
- We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and check out. No one will meet you at the property.
- Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. You may only smoke outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
- Pets are not allowed. There will be a $750 fine for any unauthorized pets.
- You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
- We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property.
- Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
