It will be very easy to plan your vacation since it’s right in the heart of Santiago, just 2 minutes from the monument, a few steps from the main avenues—27 de Febrero and Juan Pablo Duarte—and next to Plaza Zona Rosa. This accommodation combines elegance, beauty, comfort, and security all in one place.
It’s on the 8th floor and is quite cool and bright; the complex also features a pool, gazebo, and gym.

The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, air conditioning, a fan, a 55-inch TV, blackout curtains, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, air conditioning, a private bathroom, a fan, a closet, and blackout curtains.
It also has a half-bath for guests.
In the living room, you’ll find a beautiful furniture set with a 65-inch TV, and both the living room and dining room offer stunning views since the apartment is on the 8th floor.
Please note that the living room has air conditioning, but there is a charge of 5 USD per day for its use. Air conditioning in the bedroom is included in the rate.
The balcony is quite spacious and cozy, with a set of furniture and a swing.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more; we also have a washer and dryer.

I received no communication from the host about check in, less than 24 hours before arrival. I had to call Vrbo customer care. The host only spoke Spanish and had no record (!!) of my reservation. I provided all the documentation, and that, coupled with the call from Vrbo, convinced them to give us a place to stay. The apartment they put us in was very different from the one we paid for. We paid for one with a balcony and a view. We got one with windows that looked out to a very noisy parking lot. I had to communicate via WhatsApp with a host who only sent Spanish and I had to do all the translating. Very low effort and felt a little shady. The building itself was fine.
