Welcome to our Pink Lemonade themed 2 bedroom condo nestled in the trendy community of Bridgeland! If you want all the convenience of being downtown without all the noise, then this is the place for you!
Take advantage of our designated underground parking stall and the buildings rooftop public patio with a view of downtown Calgary!
Minutes away from the downtown core. Nearby you'll find river walk ways, c-train stations, shops, restaurants and the Zoo all a skip and jump away!
Our condo boasts all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay!
The surrounding area is a haven for travel enthusiasts, with an array of fantastic restaurants, bars, and shops within easy walking distance. Immerse yourself in the vibrant nightlife Calgary is renowned for, knowing that a comfortable retreat awaits you at the end of the night.

Rules:
PLEASE NOTE HOUSE RULES :
1. No parties or events allowed.
2. No smoking allowed. Any remnants or smell left behind will result in a $500 fine charged to your Airbnb account.
3. No pets allowed.
4. No unregistered guests allowed.
5. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
6. Please respect noise levels and noise curfew. 10PM on weekends and 9PM on weekdays.
7. Please respect Check-in & Check-out times.
8. Please take care of your keys. Lost Keys incur a replacement cost.
9. Please take care of the furnishings. You must pay for any damages caused.
10. Please do not rearrange the furniture.
11. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. You will be asked to leave with no refund.
12. Please DO NOT take towels home after your stay. Any missing towels will be charged to your account.
13. Please do not have any mail, packages, or documents sent to our property. If you require something of this nature during your stay inquire with us first.
14. If any items are left behind there is $50 charge for having it shipped back to you for postage and Staff time/efforts.

Communication with the host was great whenever we had issues.Other than couple of very minor issues, such as the TV not working. It was a great stay in a very convenient location.
