This newly built end unit townhouse, sleeps 6, has central A/C and is only 5 mins to the West Edmonton Mall. Easy access to the Anthony Henday and downtown.
The space
- 3 bedrooms
- 1 queen and 2 double beds
- In suite washer/dryer
- Fully stocked kitchen
- Street parking only
- Coffee/tea provided, regular drip coffee machine available
- Toaster, kettle, and all kitchen utensils provided
- Hairdryer
NOTE :
No access to basement as there is a completely separate basement suite with their own private entrance.

BROKEN HOUSE RULES FEE SCHEDULE :
* Smoking / vaping in the home = $300
* Unapproved pets= $300
* Pet feces in yard (if applicable) = $100
* Late checkout = $100
* Additional cleaning = $50/hr
* Unapproved parties = $500
* Hot tub refill/cleaning fee (if applicable) = $250
* Lost garage opener= $100
**Stays longer than 28 days will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $60. In addition, the host will provide up to one month worth of essential supplies. Once supplies run out, the guest will be responsible for any additional supplies needed.
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. If property issues are brought up at the end of the stay, no refunds will be applied, as it was not brought to our attention to address.

We needed a place close to family in Edmonton and this was perfect. It is a brand new townhouse and it has everything you need. The neighbourhood is quiet with a park across the street. It is a beautiful townhouse and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and utensils you could need.

My family and I had a lovely stay over the holidays. The home was clean, communication with the management company was clear, and the location was near our extended family. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
