About this apartment rental
Rooftop apartment located on the 2nd floor and equipped with 1 bedroom (double bed). There is also a living room (sofa bed for 2 persons) with lots of light, fully equipped open kitchen and a beautiful and spacious sun-facing terrace. There is a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Both the bedroom and the living room have digital television. Finally, there is a storage room on the apartment and there is a spacious bicycle storage room in the basement of the building. This recently completed residence is close to the Zeedijk, the New Silt Casino, all stores, restaurants and public transportation. Wifi: yes - parking: not included - sheets: bring your own - towels: bring your own.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
