The private deep-water swim dock is one of the highlights of Burma Blue. Nestled into a quieter area of Possum Kingdom, it offers space to lounge, swim, or tie off your boat. The water stays clear and deep, making it perfect for jumping in, paddling, or floating in peace. It’s also a fantastic spot for fishing, especially early in the morning and around sunset—anglers love the activity this area brings in. Whether you’re casting a line, catching rays, or watching the sky change colors, the dock is where many guests spend their favorite moments.

The property was well supplied with everything you need to feel at home, and was conveniently located for boat ramps, hiking trails, and the local grocery store. There was plenty of space for a large group, and the waterfront was easy to access for kayaks, floaty toys, etc. with a moderate-to-high amount of wake from passing boats. The main downside was accessibility - a lot of stairs inside and out that could be difficult for some people, and a steep narrow driveway that was challenging to maneuver with a large truck.

This place is beautiful. Expensive porches, a huge outdoor kitchen, Long dock with a great platform in deep water. There are three drink fridges, which is so nice and a wonderful bar. Only drawback is the Stairs, but that is the price of staying in a place with a killer view. Highly recommend!
