Welcoming granite front steps flanked by decorative wrought iron railings designed and created by renowned local Blacksmith, Peter Happny, settle beautifully next to the professionally maintained garden featured on the 2022 Portsmouth Garden Tour. The decorative staircase painted by local artist, Kenley Darling, will greet you as you entire the front door.

We had our 2 adult sons & 2 teenage grandkids with us, 6 total - the home & bedroom arrangements worked out great! Nice kitchen well stocked too. Did not have a chance to use the outside area, but it was Nice.It was nice being able to walk right into town- it was an easy 10 min walk with coffee shops close by - Ben our host was Great to work with.Would definitely recommend this home.

We enjoyed our stay at this property - it is a short walking distance to downtown, which is exactly what we were hoping for. The house is very charming and was well stocked with things like towels and kitchen utensils, so we were able to cook a nice meal. The backyard fire pit was also very nice to sit around. We had a great time!
