This beautiful private 1 bedroom suite is located on the 11th floor of the marvelous, dog-friendly, Patricia Grand. It features a king-size bed as well as a murphy bed. All new appliances. All of the carpets have been replaced with wood-look tiling, and new kitchen cabinets with a stunning granite countertop have been installed. The master bedroom features an amazing view of the ocean. Wake up looking at the ocean. Is it possible to get any better than that?

All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there’s no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check in by 4pm.
Parking passes (2) will already be waiting for you in your suite.
All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.
For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.
Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee.
Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.
Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must be made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you.
In the event of mandatory evacuation order for our area full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. We recommend travelers purchase insurance, especially during the months with higher potential for inclement weather (e.g. hurricane season).
Cancellation: A cancellation fee of 3.5% will be deducted from the total amount.
