5. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM; no loud talking on decks or in common areas after this time.

The house was beautiful and very clean. My cousin (an adult) loved staying in the little tent in the big room. Plenty of parking, good quiet neighborhood and close to both Boston and Salem which was perfect for our trip. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Coffee was stocked which was very appreciated by all of the over caffeinated women of my family. :-)
The only notes we had was that the ceiling is thin so the upstairs neighbors walking around or whatever other activities they were doing we could hear and kind of kept us up at midnight in the bunk bed room. And the living room TV area doesn't have enough plugs to have everything plugged in. Luckily we had portable power strip with us we were able to connect so that we could get internet. Other than that we enjoyed the stay and the house!

Property was modern and tastefully decorated. Clean and odor free. Very good communication with owner and nicely stocked. Shopping, restaurants and attractions were close by. 100% recommend!
