Guests have full private access to the entire home, including the backyard, garage, and fire pit. Only the storage closet/room is locked.
Check-in is simple and convenient with a smart lock keypad, allowing self check-in anytime after your scheduled arrival.

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).
- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked
- We have an additional Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.
- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in this home.
- By completing the booking, you give permission to the host to use a third-party to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm the reservation.
-Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please be sure to check your spam inbox for this email and contact the host if you have any questions.

Great location with easy access to a beautiful beach, shops and restaurants. Great big enclosed yard with fire pit. The house is old and in the process of being updated. The exterior still needs work and some of the updates are not fully completed.

My extended in-law family stayed in this rental for a long weekend. We loved:The location. 2 blocks to Onset beach. A few blocks to adorable Onset downtown. Lovely neighbor filled with kind folks. The backyard “oasis.” We read on the lounge chairs, played wiffle ball and cornhole, hung around the gas firepit, and ate family style on the huge deck table. The kitchen was stocked with all the equipment to grills, chop, cook and serve our group of 11 pple. It fit 3-5 people trying to help!The little amenities, board games, chess, 2 minifridges, Kuerig with cups, paper napkins, back pack style beach chairs, the bird feeders, and so on.We did not like:The house felt like a work-in-progress. Many rooms have incomplete trim, painting, small missing pieces of flooring, unpatched holes, particleboard in lieu of flooring, chipping paint, etc.We did not identify a smoke detector on the first floor.There were 2 electric outlets without covers (one inside the house and one outside).One room with several outlets not working. Limited windows that could open on the second floor, and screens missing from the windows that could open. There was paint that was chipping on window sills accessible from the deck. If my kids were younger, this would have concerned me.Understand the rentals limitations before booking.
