Welcome to our completely independent, custom built (2016), luxury modern five bedrooms villa, located in a quiet, family-friendly, and peaceful Beverley Acres neighborhood in south Richmond Hill. Only minutes from HWY 404 & 407, & countless shops and restaurants.
Our ensuite is the most luxurious and dramatic 5 bedrooms units you will never find in the area at such price. Our modernized and lovingly curated space with luxury finishes offers familiar comforts and a peaceful atmosphere. Enjoy comfortable living quarters, brand new kitchen appliances, bright rooms, large windows, a dedicated workspace, in-unit washer / dryer and free parking. We've taken care of every detail to ensure a memorable experience.

This beautiful fully equipped 4000 square feet 5 bedrooms ensuite features high ceilings, pot lights throughout and tons of natural light from its large windows. Our features several luxurious touches including:

The unit features sound proof insulation to minimize noise during your stay. You can enjoy an open concept living and dining space, as well as a fully stocked kitchen with marble countertops, modern tile backsplash and brand-new stainless-steel appliances.
Each bedroom features a Queen size bed with luxury bedding and full private bathroom for your comfort and privacy. The spacious primary bedroom boasts a reading nook to accommodate all of your work from home needs!

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:
To ensure the safety of our guests, neighbors and community, you must agree to the following house rules. The below rules also help to ensure a clean home for all future guests to enjoy.
• Absolutely no parties or events.
• Max capacity is 10 persons including visitors. The total amount of guests and visitors cannot exceed 10 at any time. You must accurately disclose number of guests at booking. • Absolutely no smoking, vaping, drug of any kind.
• Must be 25+ years of age to book.
• No shoes to be worn inside home for purposes of hygiene.
• No pets/animals.
Check-In Time: 3 PM
Check-Out Time: 11 AM
Guests will have exclusive and private use of our 5 bedrooms villa at certain conditions, providing ample space and complete privacy for your stay.
Keys are kept in the lockbox, which offer 24/7 self check in. You will have 2-4 parking spots on drive way. Guests also have private access to the backyard space.
We have 3 security cameras outside the house to protect your safety. 1 is setup at front door, 1 is setup at side door, 1 is monitoring the driveway.
Basement is unfinished, no access to basement, guest should not go to underground.
Party/Event/Friends Gathering Guests:
For any 1 night only booking, guests including visitors exceed 10(we do have outside camera recording 24/7), we consider it as party/event related booking.
The rental for 1 night only / party related booking is $600 CAD + $500 cleaning fee, we would provide 3 bedrooms available including master bedroom, or $500 CAD +$450 cleaning with 2 bedrooms available.
We also charge 1000 CAD fully refundable security deposit through Airbnb. All party guests must follow the rule:
1 No damage of any appliance/furniture;
2 No smoking/weed/drug inside house;
3 No vomitting in bedroom/on bed due to drunk;
4 No alcohol/liquid/juice/soft drink on the floor;
5 No food/kitchen leftover being put into black garbage bags
Violating above house rules during party would lead deduction of your security deposit.

The pictures of this house don’t even do it justice, beautiful house and way bigger than pictured. All the rooms were very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The host was very nice and let us know all we needed for the stay. No problems or complaints whatsoever. For the amount of space, great price.
