But please plan accordingly for road leading up to house. No refunds will be given for weather-related travel difficulties. In winter we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance since you never know what winter weather conditions there will be.

We had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful home. Gorgeous views! Plenty of room for 9 adults to spread out and a bathroom on each floor. We visited the area for a wedding and were quite busy with family obligations, but wish we had more time to just relax and enjoy the views and to play ping pong! Owner was prompt with answering questions as well. Thank you for sharing your beautiful mountain getaway with us!

It was an amazing stay with even more amazing views!!! Deer feeder out back was a big plus! Close to everything! Tallest mountain around! Definitely great for multiple family’s and ages! Plenty of games and activities at house!!

5/5 — Absolutely Spectacular StayThis house in Boone is absolutely spectacular—truly beyond anything the photos can capture. The views are breathtaking from sunrise to sunset, and the amenities throughout the home are top‑notch. It struck the perfect balance of being incredibly close to downtown Boone while still feeling peaceful, private, and completely our own.The host was fantastic to work with—communicative, attentive, and supportive every step of the way. It made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.We will definitely be renting from them again. If you’re considering a stay in the Boone area, this is the place you want. Great house, great owners, and an overall incredible experience. Highly recommend!

The stay was amazing. Lots of room and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay, great spot and not to far from everything in town. Host did a good a job.
