PLEASE NOTE: There are ongoing commercial works on the ground floor of the building, and noise may occur throughout the day. During active work periods, noise levels on the 1st floor can reach approximately 68–72 decibels, with reduced—but still noticeable—noise on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The works are not constant and may vary in both intensity and timing.
If you think the noise might affect your stay, it may be best to book after the works are completed.

A sound detector linked to a professional security company has been installed in the flat and CCTV cameras are active in the common areas of the building, for an added layer of security.
- Additional cleaning services for longer stays can be arranged upon request for an extra charge.
- This studio apartment is a single-room living space that integrates the kitchen, living area, and bedroom without separate divisions.
- The sofa beds are available upon request for an additional charge

I truly adore Palm Tree House. Each apartment is thoughtfully designed and incredibly cozy. It has all the amenities you could possibly want. The staff is exceptionally courteous and always ready to assist.
