The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer should you need to refresh your clothing during your stay.
Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.
*Heating the pool and spa is an extra feature and available upon request. $150 initial heating cost will apply + $60 per day to maintain pool temperature at all time. You also have the option to heat just the spa for $120 initial heating cost and $40 per day to maintain the temperature. Keep in mind the pool cannot be heated if the ambient temperature is below 50 degrees. Heating the pool and spa cannot be done at the same time.

We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.
You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.
If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

Excellent location for boat to sanibel, Captiva or ft Myers beaches. House was incredibly clean and very comfortable. Great furniture in house and pool area. Everything was so easy for cooking large meals with family not just kicking back to relax and enjoy the view from the oool area. Very fast response from host if any questions. Incredibly happy with our rental and wouldLove to repeat it for next year if available.

Great place for large families who don’t want to be in the hub bub of spring breakers. Easy access to gulf. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Mornings walks down to the park were nice. Comfortable beds. Lots of room to cook.

The house overall was very nice. What I didn’t like was how they did not disclose everything up front before booking. This was a last min booking and if I could have cancelled I would have. They have noise detection devices in case you get too loud? They charged pet fee for golden doodles. I don’t agree with that. They don’t shed and were potty trained so no extra cleaning needed but that is what they cited. There was an additional fee if you used the grill and didn’t clean it after ( of course we clean up but it kept us from grilling). I totally understand you want people to treat your home with respect but this is not a rental I would ever rent again due to all the hassle. They wanted to know how many people and guests were coming on what days. We were down there for a baseball tournament and there was a possibility that a friend from the team might come stay but I could not tell you when. They kept on about it till I said we will have a max of 14 people per day as your rental allows. For all the hassle you would think they would at least clean the air vents! Just beware of the hidden charges and lack of disclosure when renting this place.
