About this apartment rental
Fabulous 3 story cottage in the charming town of Saint-Côme. Perfect for a family vacation or weekend between friends.
*8 adults maximum/reservation
You will be charmed by :
*Its semi private beach a few meters away
*Its game room with a pool table and dart game

*Its jacuzzi

No checkin/checkout on Saturdays
On the first floor you will find the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a balcony and a private office/baby room. Just a few steps away, you will find the second bedroom which features a queen size bed & a single bed, a dedicated workspace. Across from this bedroom is where you will find the 2nd full bathroom which features both shower & bathtub and the 3rd bedroom which features a queen size bed.
The main floor of the property is an open concept space with a large kitchen, first bathroom, dining area and living room featuring a magnificent antique piano. From the dining room, you can access the outdoor terrace where you`ll find the hot tub and the space for your outdoor meals.
Last but not least, the basement of the property features a fantastic game room featuring a pool table, dart game, and sitting area for the board game lovers! Opposite the game room, you will find a TV room which can also be used as a 4th bedroom as it features a queen size pull-out couch and the 3rd full bathroom!
The cottage is located close to a semi-private beach. The beach is sandy and it is possible to swim. In the summer, two kayaks are available for tenants to explore the nooks and crannies of the lake.
In winter, a trail is drawn on the lake to allow walking, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing.
The property features 2 kayaks which are available during your stay (May 15th-Oct 15th). The estate manages the lake and has strict regulations to follow. Motorboats are not permitted and will not allow you to bring your own non-motorized embankment of any type.
*Unfortunately, the gas fire place is not listed as it is not working.
✦ You will have access to the entire chalet and its outdoor spaces in complete privacy, with the exception of the storage spaces.
**Please note that any type of party or excessive noise, after 10PM, that could disturb our neighbourhood will be charged an additional fee of $1000 as well as an immediate eviction. Please respect our neighbourhood**
One small dog per booking might be allowed. We will ask for more details about your dog (size) before approving. A $500 security deposit will be ask as well as a $100 extra cleaning fee
*****From November to April we recommend a 4WD vehicle with winter tires to get to the chalet, we are not responsible for towing or any other costs****
*CAMERAS*
Please note that we have security cameras outside the chalet. In order to respect your privacy, none point to the spa. The cameras are located in front of the chalet pointing the parking and behind the chalet pointing the lake. It is forbidden to move the angle of the cameras or to disconnect them. This act will be judged as an attempt to hide something and therefore, will immediately end the rental without refund. We also have a sound device to make sure that the sound remains at a respectful level for our neighbours. This does not record conversations.
*TV*
We have one smart TV in the chalet, but we do not offer cable TV.
*FIREPLACES*
The gas fireplace is broken.
*LAKE ACCESS & EMBARCATIONS*
Available between May 15th and October 15th - 8 people maximum at the beach
**Please note that you may see small insects during your stay, when seasons are changing, because our chalet is located in a rural environment and it is impossible for us to control all the wildlife that surrounds it**
