Book this recently remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium for your next vacation! Our beautiful vacation rental is perfect for families, couples, or friends looking for a relaxing beach getaway. As you enter the condo, you'll immediately notice the bright and airy living room with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. The living room opens up to a back balcony that overlooks the pool and offers stunning views of the sunrise in the mornings.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Whether you're a gourmet chef or just looking to whip up some quick snacks, our kitchen has everything you need, including a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, all the necessary cookware & utensils, and even a dishwasher to make clean up a breeze.
Beach access is just a short walk away on our private path through the dunes. Our guests love spending the day at the beach and coming back to relax by the pool in the afternoon. The heart of town is within walking distance or a short golf cart ride away, where you'll find a variety of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options.
We take pride in keeping our condo clean and comfortable for our guests. We provide fresh linens, towels, and toiletries for your stay. My family of 4 stayed at D32 for about 3 nights for our annual family summer vacation, we were amazed at how close the condominiums were to the beach and also to lots of local eateries and shops. The inside of our condo was like an apartment with a spacious balcony, with a full kitchen and all the furnishings and appliances that made our stay real comfortable, like a summer home away from home 🤗 The pictures online really don't do this property any justice, you really have to visit to appreciate it, and my family and I already agreed that we will be coming back in the near future when we come back down to the Corpus Christi/ Port Aransas area. Thank you again The Pelican Condominiums and see you laters 🫶🏼

We had an amazing stay at this beach condo! The condo was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The location was perfect, not far from the beach and great for watching 4th of July fireworks. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and watching the sunrise each morning.
The entire property was well maintained – front desk staff were friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Nice property! Clean and convenient to the beach and town! One of the original places to stay in Port Aransas! It has been remodeled since Harvey Hurricane.
