📝 House Rules & Important Information
1. 🚭 No Smoking – Minimum $100 fee plus any additional charges.
2. 🐾 No Pets Allowed – This property does not accommodate pets. Minimum of $100 fee applied if signs of pet found.
3. 🎉 No Events, Parties, or Unauthorized Guests – Only the number of guests on the reservation may stay. Violations will result in removal. Plus additional fees.
4.👃Smells– No strong spices or smells that linger. Additional cleaning fee will apply.
5. 🚤Lake Access – lake access is less than a mile away!
6. 🌊 Water Safety – Property may include a pool, hot tub, or be near a lake/pond. These areas are not gated. Children must be supervised at all times. Swimming and fishing are at your own risk.
7. 🛠️ Damage & Repairs – If damage requiring repair/replacement is found after your stay, a $50–$75 fee will be added to cover dispatching a repair person. Plus the cost of repair.
8. 🐜 Wildlife & Outdoors – Homes near lakes, ponds, or acreage may have bugs and outdoor wildlife. Regular pest service is provided, but nature is part of the experience. We can not prevent nature.
9. 🔥 Fire Pit – Please extinguish fires if unattended. Firewood and fire starters are not provided.
10. ⏰ Check‑In/Out Times – Strictly enforced. Early check‑in or late check‑out fees apply at $25 per hour.
11. 📺 TV Service – No cable or satellite provided.
12.🛟 Kayaks- We have complementary kayaks and life jackets. Must read the rules before use!
13.🌇 Condo- Condo is located above the garage. While inside, if you go downstairs, the doors are storage only and guests will no have access.

Communication with the host was fantastic and their guest house was beautiful. The neighborhood was very nice as well. We loved getting to sit on the patio overlooking the lake. Absolutely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing trip with family to the lake.

View of lake is nice. The condo is spacious. There is a strong smell of humidity, never went away. There’s a small air purifier, it did nothing. Lots of fruit flies. Bugs in this area is normal. These were fruit flies. Condo at first glance, seems clean. Bathroom rugs needed a wash. The kitchen cabinets dirty with stains. No brand new dish sponge. I usually hand wash my dishes before using them for the first time (at any rental property). The sponge left in the sink was very dirty. The dishes at this property need to be washed before using. The blender was very dirty. I spent a good amount of time washing it. Coffeemaker is out dated. After the second cup of coffee, it tastes burnt. I brought my own coffee. The towels, blankets in closet, and bed sheets seemed clean. But no fresh clean smell, felt dusty. It seemed like they had been washed and just hadn’t been used in a while. Under the beds, the floors were very dirty. We saw a stain on our bed, unfortunately we saw it until we stripped the bed of all the sheets. Glad I brought my own shampoo, soap, toilet paper. TP is cheap brand. Dispensers weren’t refilled like conditioner. My kids did love the beach access. Lake access was the main reason I to rented. Disgusted and disappointed, that when we were walking to lake and back, LOTS of dog poop all over that area. Had to be very careful when walking. Overall, I feel like we didn’t get what we paid por. If all of those issues were fixed, I’d definitely consider in returning.
