About this house rental
Would you like to spend your vacation in a quiet area while being surrounded by greenery with a private pool, you are ready for Villa Bozac. This villa is a first floor house where all 3 bedrooms are on the same floor and can accommodate 6 people. Here you can also find an inviting open concept living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a long terrace overlooking the pool. If you are traveling with children, the youngest guests can also play darts in the garden or simply enjoy the children's playground while you relax next to the pool or sunbathe on one of the sun loungers. If you want to spend a special evening with friends and family, you can also barbecue outside and prepare various dishes and alfresco dining in the open dining area. Experience the location of the house that offers you a relaxing vacation in the countryside, in an Istrian village. Tourist towns and natural cities are only a short drive away, and this villa is in the perfect location for your tourist visits because you are close to the most beautiful and famous cities such as Pula and Rovinj, but of course you can also spend your vacation relaxing with friends and family. The village of Cukrici is located near picturesque small towns such as Vodnjan, Svetvincenat but also larger towns such as Fazana. From Fazana, the Brijuni National Park is easily accessible in just 10 minutes by boat. The first beaches are only 12 km away, where you can spend a nice day by the sea either strolling along the beach promenade or visiting many restaurants and bars to try Croatian specialties. Rovinj and Pula are only 30 minutes by car from the villa. Rovinj is a well-known romantic Mediterranean town that looks like it was painted for postcards with its narrow streets, relaxed atmosphere and monumental St. Eufemia church. Pula is especially popular for its ancient Roman amphitheater, museums and beautiful beaches.

Where do I start? An amzing villa and an out of this world owner. We have been lucky enough to have experienced villa holidays in many locations, but Villa Bozac is one of the best. The facilities are all top of the range quality and no expense has been spared on the fitting out of the villa.. You need a car but everything you need is within 15 minutes drive. Very secluded with lots of space around the villa within a secure environment. The pool is just the perfect size for a family holiday.. The BBQ area is impressive. Sanja could not have been more helpful throughout the holiday, and was always at the end of a call to answer any questions. Sanja even puchased a big cake for my daughter's birthday and also supplied wine for the adults and chocolate for the other children. Sanja also facilitated the payment of a parking ticket that we picked up in Pula!! Our favourite place to visit was Fazana We hired a car from Carjet.com. They were by far the cheapest and provided us with a brand new car and were excellent. The Palace Pizza was very good and there are many restaurants that we found via Google maps. Sanja even provided us with departure presents. She was an absolute treasure. So nice to meet someone so kind. 10/10

Diese Villa verdient das Höchstmaß an Sternen. Die Gastgeber könnten nicht besser sein. Einen solch freundlichen und bemühten Service habe ich noch nie erlebt. Die Villa duftete bei Ankunft nach Reinheit. Es gab kein Ecklein, was man bemängeln könnte. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und die Anlagengestaltung wohl durchdacht. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.
