About this villa rental
Primary bedroom features a comfortable King Bed and a full ensuite bathroom, while one guest room features a Queen Bed also with a private bath, and the 3rd guest room has 2 Single beds. There is a 3rd full bathroom next door. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances a breakfast bar, and a large dining table. You will stay cool and comfortable with air conditioning throughout the Villa. The center of the home is open, inviting and cozy.
Our representative will meet guests at check-in and walk them through the property and show them the amenities and answer any questions they may have. We will also meet you at check out and do a post-stay inspection.
A 5 minute drive to the nearby pristine beaches, perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and sunbathing. Explore the vibrant local scene, including restaurants, shops, and entertainment options just a short drive away.

Please be advised that parties are not permitted at this property, the home is exclusively for the enjoyment of registered guests.
Refundable Security deposits are collected on all reservations, except Airbnb. VRBO reservations will be collected with their payment and refunded to the credit card on file post departure/ inspections.
Video and pictures are taken for transparency & the protection of both guest and homeowner.

We enjoyed our stay. Great communication. The gate broke and they came out right away to fix it. Also, had trouble locating the place and they sent someone out to allow us to follow them there. Our biggest complaint was not outlets in bathrooms 2 & 3 and no mirrors in beds 2 & 3 where outlets where located in order to do hair. Also, AC in one bedroom was not as cool as the others on same setting.

The place was just like the pictures, very nice and clean. The pool area was also a great feature to go out and hang out. It had nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. It came with a welcome package. The beach chairs, towels and rolling cooler also was a nice touch. Some of the pots and pans could be updated. But overall we loved the place and had a great stay.
