The spacious living area on the main floor features an open layout with plush seating, a large flat-screen TV, and beautiful windows that bathe the room in natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, granite countertops, and an island with seating for six, ideal for preparing meals and entertaining.
Step outside to your private oasis featuring a small heated pool and lounge chairs perfect for cooling off and relaxing. The 3rd floor balcony offers lounge chairs and a dining table, ideal for outdoor dining and soaking up the sun.

We love the location of this house! Walking distance to the beach and many great restaurants. The pool was perfect for the kids!
