Located less than 5 minutes from Sunapee Lake State Park and Sunapee Mountain, enjoy skiing in winter and lake activities in summer. Relax in the spacious front and backyards, complete with a deck and firepit. Modern amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, and a NEMA 14-50 fast electric car charger and much more. Ideal for families and friends to unwind and enjoy local Sunapee attractions!

This beautiful ranch-style house combines comfort and style, perfect for family living and entertaining. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, this house has a spacious open layout and modern design that makes it easy to enjoy every day. With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone.
Bedrooms:
- Master Bedroom: The master bedroom is a cozy retreat with a comfortable king bed and a private bathroom.
- Guest Bedroom 1: This inviting room has a queen bed, perfect for guests.
- Guest Bedroom 2: Great for families or extra guests, this room includes both a full bed and a twin bed.
Living Area:
The large open-concept living area is designed for easy living and fun gatherings. The living room, dining area, and kitchen flow together seamlessly, creating a perfect space for family time. The electric fireplace adds warmth and a cozy atmosphere, making it a great place to relax.
Laundry
For added convenience, a washer and dryer are located in the basement.
Outdoor Space:
The outdoor area is just as fantastic as the inside. A big deck, with comfy outdoor sofas and chairs, is perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing.There’s a large firepit area, perfect for hanging out, roasting marshmallows, and enjoying bonfires with friends and family.
Location:
This home is just a 4-minute drive from Lake Sunapee State Park, offering plenty of water activities like swimming, boating, and fishing. Mount Sunapee is also just 2 minutes away, where you can enjoy skiing, hiking, and summer mountain sports.

- 2-Car Garage: The attached garage provides safe parking for two cars.
- Driveway Parking: There’s plenty of extra space for parking on the driveway.

This house was incredibly clean, well appointed, and super close to the ski mountain. There was also a wonderful and dry garage for us to use in the winter. Check in was super easy and pleasant. I recommend this spot so very highly!

Family of 6, including 4 kids ages 5-9 enjoyed our stay for new years. Property is located a short drive to Mt. Sunapee for skiing. Clean, safe, and comfortable home for base camp worked out great! Host was responsive and accommodating. Would stay again.
