About this house rental
Bring the whole family to this great home centrally located with many room. Be ready to escape to this Extraordinary Beautiful Home!
We have fully renovated this home from top to bottom it’s airy and modern throughout. There is full dining room that is roomy for 8 plus people, large island in the kitchen with 4 bar-tops.
Two living room space for your family and friends to comfortably rest and rewind your evening.
The house is not only centrally located but also in a very safe neighborhood.
Upon entry through the car pool, access into open main level including living room with 65" TV large flat screen 4K, sitting area, dining room with seating for 8 and up and fully remodeled kitchen. The kitchen has top of the line stainless steel appliances, quartzite countertops, cabinet concealed dishwasher, high capacity refrigerator with water and ice, as well as a new gas stove top range and vent. The kitchen is stocked with bakeware, cookware, and serving ware for any of your culinary needs. To the left of the entrance is a full laundry and full-bath for convenience.
Second set of living room located right after the kitchen, a beautiful built-in bookshelf with 65" TV large flat screen 4K and fire place, this room includes a deep sectional and 2 swirling chairs.
Step down to the left of the living room is a large workout/game room area, 50" TV large flat screen 4K mount to the wall for workout routines or another place to relax and play some games.
Stepping right outside is fully screen in with 2 ceiling fan patio area. Comfort seats for gathering around whether to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or waiting for the outside grilling to finish.
Bedrooms:
The first level of the home has an 3 bedrooms, all mattresses in the house are cool top deep-pocket mattresses for the best night’s sleep.
-Master room with walk-in closet, king size bed and double vanity master bathroom, soaking tub and a large walk in shower.
-2 Queen bedroom down the hall on the other side of the house have a shared bathroom with tub and large vanity.
-Another queen bedrooms located upstair that is completely tucked away and have it’s own seating and work space.
Our fully fenced yard with games and friendly for travel pets to run around.
This space included oversized couch with chaise lounge, and many board game, and TVs through out the house.
We are pet-friendly, we only welcome dog at this time. The pet fee is $100/pet, max of 2 pet, please let the host know kind of dog will be there.

- Midtown is 10-15 mins away.
- Graceland is 20 mins away.
- Memphis Zoo is 10 mins away.
- Shelby Farms Park is 10-15 mins away.

- Minimum age to rent is 21
- Max occupancy is 9
- No parties or events
- ONLY small cars can park under the overhang carport
- DO NOT move any furniture

The house was very accommodating for our needs. The host was very responsive to our needs. The neighborhood was quiet even though there is a catholic school across the street. Never would have known that as it was quiet. Traffic was a little heavy during rush hour but that could be said about most areas. Fully stocked with supplies . This house would easily accomodate 8 people with 2 living spaces, a workout room and and has a nice sunroom. Would easily stay there again.

Cui le, was a great host. She had great communication and made sure that we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The home was simply amazing. It was as clean, spacious, and in a great location.
